No cookies or tracking

We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking on this website, and there are no forms to fill in.

One small browser setting

The homepage stores a single flag in your browser’s session storage so the loading animation plays only once per visit. It contains no personal information, never leaves your device and is deleted when you close the tab.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy.

Services we rely on

jsDelivr

The 3D video reel on the homepage loads a graphics library (three.js) from the jsDelivr network. Your browser requests it directly, so jsDelivr sees your IP address. It’s covered by jsDelivr’s privacy policy.

Cal.com

“Book a free call” takes you to our Cal.com booking page. The details you enter there, such as your name, email and any notes, are collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com’s privacy policy applies on its site.

Telegram

“Send a message” opens Telegram. Messages you send there are handled under Telegram’s privacy policy.

Email

Email to hello@mirage.global passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to the mailbox our team uses.

When you contact us

What we receive

Whatever you choose to send us: usually your name, email address, company, and details about your project. If you book a call, we also receive the booking details and anything you share during the call.

Calls

We don’t record intro calls unless we’ve asked you first and you’ve agreed.

When you work with us

Project information

To make your video we handle the contact details of the people we work with, plus the brand assets, product access and materials you share. We keep these confidential, as set out in our Terms.

Tools

We work in tools such as Slack, email and file-sharing services, and share materials only with team members and vendors who need them for your project.

Billing

We keep the information needed for proposals, invoices and payments, such as your company name, billing contact and payment records.

How we use your information

What we use it for

To reply to you, run calls, prepare proposals, deliver and support your project, send invoices, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries

If we don’t end up working together, we keep the conversation only as long as it’s useful for following up, and delete it on request.

Clients

We keep project and billing records for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and project materials for as long as we need them to support your work, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

What you can ask for

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act may give you further rights.

Email hello@mirage.global. We’ll reply within one working day and complete your request within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

Transfers, children and changes

Where your information goes

We’re based in Sri Lanka and work with clients worldwide, and the services above store data in different countries. When your information moves between countries, it stays protected as this policy describes.

Children

Our services are for businesses, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
